Marlowe has announced the launch of the first fully-integrated operating company to carry its name with Marlowe Fire & Security bringing together the capabilities and resources of two of Marlowe plc’s earliest acquisitions, namely Swift Fire & Security and Hentland Fire & Security.

The integration of the two fire, life safety and security solution providers has been undertaken gradually over the past two years to recognise the needs of customers, supply chain partners and team members alike. Now, with all internal business and operational processes aligned, Marlowe is ready to introduce Marlowe Fire & Security to the marketplace.

Alex Dacre, CEO of Marlowe, explained to The Paper: “Since our initial acquisition of Swift Fire & Security back in April 2016, it has been our ambition to grow a UK-based fire and security business that can rival the international brands in the market. With the launch of Marlowe Fire & Security, we feel that we’re making excellent progress towards realising this ambition.”

Formerly managing director at ASSA Abloy, Ingersoll Rand and Promanex, Rob Flinn was appointed to the position of CEO of Marlowe’s Fire & Security Division in August last year and has since been instrumental in spearheading the complete integration of Swift Fire & Security and Hentland Fire & Security.
